Susannah Perkins

Ms. Perkins’ focus at ION is on antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) cases before the International Trade Commission (ITC) and the Department of Commerce (DOC). Ms. Perkins has participated in petition preparation, preliminary and final phase investigations, sunset reviews, and safeguards investigations in front of the ITC and has worked on both investigations and administrative reviews in front of the DOC.
Ms. Perkins’ experience before the ITC includes work on behalf of both petitioners and respondents in AD/CVD investigations and the preparation of written submissions and expert testimony. Her work before the DOC includes the preparation of cost and sales responses and databases as well as assisting in the preparation for and execution of onsite and virtual verifications conducted by the Department of Commerce. Ms. Perkins has experience with a variety of industries, including steel, aluminum, and a wide variety of chemical products, as well as more niche industries such as Quartz Surface Products and Wooden Cabinets and Vanities.
Ms. Perkins received her B.A. from Wellesley College in 2017 where she studied Economics and Spanish.
